I was double stupid today. 20 minutes into my time on the dreadmill this AM – I decide that I am tired of my audiobook and I need some good old rock and roll music.
So, with the treadmill running at 4.5 miles per hour – I start messing with my phone. I get run right off that thing. SO, what to do but John Wayne it. Hop back on. But, I didn’t turn the damn thing off. Back on the floor. Again. I slink out of the gym. Only one person saw me – but that was one too many. And what if it is on the security films.
I was much more embarrassed than injured. Think I might be a little sore tomorrow.
Felt that I have been neglecting my “real” camera gear since Shamu 2 arrived with it’s AR features. So, I took my injured pride out and made pictures around the Asylum.
And a study in all things onion.
And today’s iris efforts are up top.
And this afternoon I went to a funeral mass for a recently departed resident. Our chaplain is usually more like an MC at our funerals. But, this one was for an Episcopal bishop so she got to show off all of her liturgical chops.
Only 4.7 miles on the fitbit today.
