Started out 2012 by going for a 5 mile walk. Found a delightful cottage for sale. $895,000. 400 sq ft cottage. 10,000 sq ft lot on the ocean. I so don’t need a beach house. But, it is sweet. Maybe Carlton will buy it for me as a anniversary present. But, wait, I am trying to simplify my life. Ain’t nothing simple about a beach house. And, I could stay right here for 30 years for 895K.
Will 2012 end early because of the republicans or the mayans? I hope it is the Mayans. The Republicans will just grim us to death. The Mayans will take us out faster and with style.
