Best image today is this little common sulphur butterfly. It really should be left as a color photo. But, I do have this B/W thing going. So, I gave it a little antiquing. I believe I have had a little antiquing. More than a little.
Good news. Carlton was accepted by Georgetown Medical School. Class of Not-too-soon-please. As a cadaver. That was actually much easier than dealing with a funeral home. Way easier. And, everything is preplanned. And while we are at it – why are they called funeral homes? I do know why living rooms are called living rooms. The living room used to be called the parlor. In larger houses the “front” parlor. It was a room where one “received” guests and more importantly, where the dead were “laid out” prior to burial. In the late Victorian period – in an attempt to get people to actually use that room – the name was changed to living room. Now you know.
