No appearance by the sun this morning.
For many years, The Asylum has marked Pride Month with a “parade” around our parking lot.
This dog decided she didn’t want anything to do with the parade around the parking lot. It was too hot, and there were no treats.
As for me, I did a little test packing today. My backpack is a hair under 12 pounds. With everything, including my purse and cane. Under the wire at 12 pounds.
I am used to packing for size, not for weight. I want to be sure I make it under the Harbour Air 15-pound limit.
Grateful for all my gay friends here at the Asylum.
Then again, I don’t really think of them as my gay friends.
I just think of them as my friends.
