Gratitude
Grateful that I can still make it up to the 11th floor without having to use the elevator.
The storm seems to have seriously damaged our elevator service. At least one elevator is still in service, but when lots of people use Zimmer frames and rollators, that’s problematic. I walked down to dinner and back up afterward. That’s not an option for many.
Free wine and maki sushi with shrimp tempura for dinner. No complaints from me tonight.
Ha! I didn’t recognize the lightning map in your header at first glance. It seemed like a bombing overlay. WTF? Then I read your post.
I love http://www.lightningmaps.org, but have never seen such an intense storm. Very cool!
I would have been running around the house unplugging everything electronic. Too bad the elevators were damaged there.
