Last Day

Bermuda’s First Ever Pride March.

I believe that the organizers of the march must have been surprised by the turn out. Bermuda is a very conservative place. But support for the event was such that everyone was marching and almost no one was left to watch.

Well these guys were watching. Guess they had to work today.
One of my peeps. A photographer. There were 3 or 4 in the crowd.
Most were happy to record the day on their phones.
Even the cops were busy taking photos.
There were a couple of vintage queens in full regalia.
And, by now, it was time to get my old self out of the sun.

So, I bussed it to the market and walked on home. Read some. Floated around the sound some.

Well leave at noonish tomorrow for the airport. Should be back at the Asylum by dinner time.

The last hibiscus.
