Note to Carlton: As you would say: “Now that I am well into the 5th year of my widowhood…” I am happy to report that I bought some Virginia paper yesterday because the yields looked OK-ish. And today’s WSJ headline was “Bond Yields Hit Multi Year High”. But I still have more in cash that you would think is wise.
