OK, got past the 6 week marker…

baby beach this morning
baby beach this morning

Walked along the sea wall out to the old airport this morning round about the time that I came home from work to find Carlton had taken his game to the next level.

A bit pensive, a little sad. There was a school class at the old airport beach. A couple of the kids came over to me and offer me bananas. The love and warmth of Hawai’i may melt the Ice Fortress that has stored my heart in for the last two years. Carlton was more concerned about the affect of his illness on me than he was concerned about himself. So, I put my heart into an Ice Fortress, like Superman’s Fortress of Solitude. Maybe it is time to let my heart out. Or not.

A timely tiny Ānuenue – Rainbow

There was this little rainbow that I could see on my walk. It wasn’t a big and glorious traffic stopping rainbow. It was a tiny little rainbow. Maybe it was a sign showing me that I will be OK? Maybe I have been out in the sun too long if I believe that!

Enough of all this transcendental babel. It is time to round up some dinner.

I guess if you find a free wifi connection on the sidewalk
Anywhere you find a wifi signal – you’ll find a taker – even on the sidewalk.
