A news segment to explain hail was required.<\/p>\n<p>Had a fine swim this morning. Photo-wise not so great. But, it was good to be out in the ocean. A little video &#8211; one minute. Served with avocado toast.\u00a0 I was going to make &#8220;coffee pot soft boiled eggs&#8221;, but that doesn&#8217;t always work out and I was hungry.
